Customers are responsible for all shipping and/or freight. All orders are F.O.B. Effingham, IL. unless otherwise specified and paid for.

Returns & Replacements

Loudon Machine, Inc. understands that sometimes mistakes are made, and an incorrect item is ordered OR received. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Item must be unused, and returned (prepaid) in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Loudon Machine retains the right to accept or deny returns regardless of reason.


Parts Orders placed online will be processed during standard business hours. Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30 pm CST. All in stock orders will typically ship the same day of order, up to 3:00pm CST. Please contact us for special shipping needs.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment is due at time of order. Credit Card orders are processed same day. Discount pricing is available and based on volume. Please contact us to discuss your sales account. Loudon Machine has the right to change and/or modify pricing at anytime. We will contact you about any price discrepancies prior to order processing.

Viewing Orders

You may view your order history online, by logging into your account, and clicking ‘order history’. Once orders have been submitted, they cannot be modified. Please contact us via telephone immediately, if you require a change: 217-347-5066.

You may update your account information, user name, password, address, etc by logging into your account and clicking ‘edit account’
